Services

The Litigation Department provides legal services to our diverse ​Clients before Courts, Tribunals and various committees. We handle a ​range of matters including but not limited to land related disputes, ​enforcement of breach of fundamental human rights as enshrined in ​the Constitution, judicial review as well as Family and Succession ​matters.

 

We also undertake negotiation, prosecuting and defending claims ​arising from road traffic accidents, recoveries under subrogation and ​declaratory suits for insurance companies as well as disputes arising ​from pension funds and schemes.

 

The firm also represents various clients in arbitration and mediation ​proceedings.
